Wayne (whose real name is Dwayne Carter) was scheduled today to turn himself but caught a break ONCE AGAIN due to a basement fire at the courthouse. He’s scheduled to be sentenced at a State Supreme Court on charges stemming from a July 2007 incident in which a loaded .40-caliber semiautomatic gun was found on his tour bus.
